SKTRAINS HVI11
The I11 coaches are modern UIC-Z coaches of the SNCB. They are suitable for speeds up to 200 km/h. Air-conditioned, they offer good comfort conditions with an interior noise level of only 65 dB at 200 km/h.
SKTRAINS AM/MS 96
The class 96 (MS96 in Dutch, AM96 in French) is an electric multiple unit constructed in 1996[2] for the National Railway Company of Belgium.
They incorporate features from the DSB IC3 trainsets in order to enable passage from one set coach to another. When two or more units are coupled together in a single train, the entire front door folds away to give a wide passage, and the rubber diaphragms at the ends form a flush aerodynamic seal.
SKTRAINS HLE11-12
The series 11 and 12 locomotives are directly derived from these locomotives, and have the necessary equipment (for signalling and electrical voltage) to operate in the Netherlands and France respectively.
SKTRAINS HLE18-19
The HLE18-19 locomotives are locomotives ordered by the SNCB from Siemens in 2006.
These locomotives are "ES 60 U3".
The series 19 is equipped with automatic GF couplings.
SKTRAINS HLE21-27
The series 21 locomotives (SNCB) are electric locomotives of the Belgian Railways (SNCB) equipped with thyristor choppers to modulate the power at start-up. They are technically very similar to the class 27, but with a lower power.
The series 11 and 12 locomotives are directly derived from these locomotives, and have the necessary equipment (for signalling and electrical voltage) to operate in the Netherlands and France respectively.

Article 1 - Purpose
The present general conditions of sale or supply of services apply, without restriction or reserve, to all products and/or services offered for sale on the SKTrains.be site.
The fact that a natural or legal person places an order on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms of sale.
They are accessible at any time on the SKTtrains.be site.
Article 2 - Prices - Terms of payment
The prices in force are expressed (All Taxes Included) including all taxes, we reserve the right to postpone any new tax and rate increase (by virtue of a possible modification in the legislation of this matter).
The prices indicated are in Euros.
The price is payable in cash, in full, on the day the order is placed by the purchaser, using all the payment methods offered on the SKTrains.be site.
SKTrains.be entrusts the company Mollie with the processing of your payments. It ensures the whole of the operations of payments and does not communicate to us in any way the detail of your financial information. SKTrains.be obtains only one information attesting to the good end of the operation.
Article 3 - Complaints
Our downloadable products can only be installed three times per customer.
Any complaint and/or dispute of the customer against the service will have to be formulated, exclusively by email to the address service.clients@sktrains.be, at the latest 48 hours as from their generating fact (no reception of product more than 24 hours after the order, or repeated failure of the download in the 24 hours of its reception), under penalty of forfeiture.
Article 4 - Refund and withdrawal period
Our products being downloadable digital content, we cannot offer refunds as there is nothing tangible to send back. If the buyer encounters problems with the SKTrains.be products, we will do our best to solve them as soon as possible.
The parties therefore agree that the sending of the product cannot give rise to any right of withdrawal.
Article 5 - Intellectual and industrial property
by purchasing the product, the customer becomes the holder of an exclusive license to use the products that are the subject of the sales contract. This license includes the right to use the product for strictly personal use and within the framework of the private activities of the customer. This right is non-transferable by the customer. The customer may use and install only one copy of the product received and download it onto a single computer.
Any reproductions, modifications, distribution or representations, in whole or in part, for other purposes, in particular commercial, on any medium whatsoever is prohibited. The non-respect of this prohibition constitutes a counterfeit which can engage the civil and penal liability of the counterfeiter.
The contracts are protected by the legislation on the copyright and in a general way, on the intellectual property. No mention or use of the trademarks, commercial names, acronyms, logos, drawings or photos appearing on the SKTrains.be site may be made without our prior written agreement.
Any reproduction or use not previously and expressly authorised constitutes an offence of counterfeiting and is liable to civil and criminal proceedings.
Article 6 - Responsibility
The products offered for sale have been subject to all the necessary care.
The models are used under the full responsibility of the customer and purely personal.
In any hypothesis, the responsibility of SKTrains.be, its publishers, its partners and the authors could not be invoked, except for the follow-up of the complaints relating to the good functioning of the sold products.
Article 7 - Privacy and confidentiality charter.
We respect your privacy. We do not collect data without your consent.
The personal data held by SKTrains.be are never sold or rented to third parties, for any reason whatsoever.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction or place an order, we assume that you consent to our collecting and using it for that specific purpose only.
If we ask you for your personal information in order to promote our products, we will ask you directly for your explicit consent.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting us via the contact form accessible through the "contact us" button located at the bottom of the home page of the site.
Article 8 - Invalidity - Force Majeure - Applicable law and competent court
If for any reason a provision of these general terms and conditions should be declared unenforceable, this unenforceability will not affect the application of the other provisions of the general terms and conditions. The unenforceable provision will be replaced by the closest possible provision.
These general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, only the courts of the judicial district of Brussels shall be competent.
